We lightly carbonate post-fermentation to achieve lively, refreshing bubbles while staying true to its craft character.

Jacob’s is our line of craft beers inspired by our eldest son, Jacobo. His calm, friendly, and protective nature motivated us to create a range of beers that, like him, accompany, comfort, and bring people together. Beer is an ancient drink, with a history as rich and diverse as humanity itself, and in each style we find a reflection of that timeless connection. Although not produced in the regions with the official pisco designation, we feel profoundly Peruvian and Cusqueñan enough to create a grape spirit with the soul of pisco. We do it because our clients value it and because we are driven by the passion to innovate and learn.
